1. How long does shipping take?

USA: 3–8 business days after processing
2. Do you accept returns?
Yes — only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
3. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the carrier shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier directly.
We’ll help you investigate, but we cannot refund stolen packages.
4. Can I change my address after ordering?
Only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Not Yet
6. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, PayPal (if enabled), and secure Shopify payments.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
8. Are your designs original?
Yes — all designs are created by Evidence First and protected under copyright.
