Delays

Carrier delays, customs, or holidays may affect delivery times. These are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.

Lost / Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We will help investigate, but we are not responsible for stolen packages.

Wrong Address

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we cannot refund or replace the order once it has shipped. Contact us immediately after ordering to correct mistakes.
